90 again. Outside for 2 hours with drain guy, investigating drains or rather lack of them. Hit, dehydrated, had a popsicle and a coke float, soaking for pedi. I’m 71, blonde and So Cal so yeah, my legs are spotty from sun damage. Leave me alone.

Spray w olive oil, coat with a cup of fresh parm mixed with 1/4 t salt, 1/4 t pepper, 1/2 t each garlic powder and sweet paprika. Air fryer OUTSIDE @ 360. 🍋 😋

Practice makes perfect, she was happy to go to 3 layers for more whipped cream and raspberries. I realize it’s weird I make cakes for myself, pretend I paint. Same thing. Except I can eat it. 😋

I make a fluffy, moist angelfood infused with lemon and lime zest by stirring it into the flour, then a light buttercream with more zest, lots of it, and juice. Need to do that.
If we needed proof it’s July… Used to be fairly dry here but now we have a lot of humidity to make the heat even more special.
We were able to have morning sits without trying to murder anything. 👍
Sophie’s 3rd bday. 🥰 No I did not know the whipped cream might cause “digestive” problems, I hope her mom let her have it anyway. 😂
Had to get dressed to run over to T's. It’s Sophie’s 3rd bday and I think this qualifies as a pup cup cake. Loves her pup cups. Anyway, when I’m unhappy with my appearance I stop and remember I’m 71 and wth do I expect. Especially when I don’t put on mascara. 😂
No idea why but my cats have always loved helping with my pedi’s. Their’s. Not so much. Ellie’s due today after dad’s haircut. Shhh!
Bewitched also making a comeback, tall and strong when planted, succumbed to rust and mildew. Stripped and pruned to 8 inches. I have hope. It’s a tough spot for a picky girl.
This Melody Parfumee, grandiflora, was gorgeous when I bright it home but it came with spider mites. Last ditch effort was to dig her up and plant her in a barrel. After months of daily treatment she’s come back! Fab fragrance.
Last fall I conserved a bit of worn out angelonia from out front and put it in a whisky barrel along with some 4 inch lantana. Help!😂
