Well, it took him eight months, but dog finally eviscerated the rooster stuffie he sleeps with - the one that went home with him from the shelter. Rest in pieces, rooster.

Happy b-day, Tucker! I was today years old when I discovered that catnip was being marketed for dogs as doggijauna and he was in fact calmer after eviserating the toy it was in (not shown). Recommend Kong cozies for more robust stuffies.

The beach is filled with blue bits. These are velella's (also known as by-the-wind sailors) *colonial hydrozoans so not true jelly fish

What I like about the beach closest to me is that the dogs always have people names. Pup met an Edith, Bixby, Jim, and Georgette today.
Beach by Hecate light house on x-mas day. A nice road trip with the pup even though he urped on my lap on the way back. He's feeling fine now and wants to do it again--the road trip that is.
