Unabashed Leftist. I love talking politics, science, religion, and football. I try to put a funny or positive spin on most things, because the world is too negative already.
I have one. It doesn't really help. 😆 But if you do, put a random number generator in there to select random music. How else am I gonna remember I own (*random no. 8), "Some Things Don't Come Easy" by England Dan & John Ford Coley on Vinyl. Or that I thought it was 'Dull'.
Here's everything I've listened to more than once so far. Just started a collection within the last year. So it's not extensive. But I have listened to all 152 at least once. DMB has made the list!
That's a good question. I don't have anything rare. But out of the 152 on my list, these are the ones I've listened to the most. Yes, I'm a nerd who keeps track of how many "spins" I've done on each record I own. 🤣
Mine is that Kevin Nash got stabbed with a real knife in the Punisher movie because they forgot to swap it out with the prop knife. He never broke character and they used that take.
1994 is also considered one of the best years in music history as well.
I'm still trying to wrap my head around this headline I saw about 30 minutes ago.
You could always put on English subtitles of the Chinese dubbed version. If you want better dialog.
And I do love punk, so that makes a lot of sense as to why those albums work for me. I also learned from the Wiki, that Stipe was asked to sing a bit clearer, and perhaps that's where his vocal style started to lose me. Hard to say.
IMO, the worst song on this album is "Sex and Candy". Bout time for me to spin this up again.
Section 8.10 of the ToS specifically says you can't raise funds in defense of violent crimes. Everybody needs to report this fundraiser.
I lost a ton of respect for him when he trolled fans. But as far as I know, he's not "one of those dudes", so that's a relief.
Oh look. He's using your post to push his shitty articles. MAGA is nothing but grievance culture. They love pretending they're the victims.
Oh yeah. The bitrate for music can be way higher on digital these days. But there is just something fun about physical media. And it doesn't get more physical than Vinyl. It certainly isn't very cost effective though. Still, this is one of my favorite memes about it:
Don't have Spotify, but have YT Music instead. I wouldn't say it's fully accurate since I've been mostly just listening to random new albums. I hate Bob Dylan but they keep feeding me his junk. "Watch the world burn" is a banger. Faith No Mores version of Easy (like Sunday morning) is great too.
