@perfecthatgames.com Sort of a bug on Can of Words: “Reveal first letters” doesn’t show letters are part of an already-selected word. (Discovered this today when I couldn’t figure out why my solution with “upper case” and “lower case” wasn’t accepted.)
My chihuahua rolled in chicken poop so I won’t let him sit by me until I’ve had a chance to bathe him. He keeps shooting me the most pitiful looks. He’s going to look even more pitiful in the bath. (Pic of clean pup for tax.)
I’ve resisted joining Patreon so far but might have to just to get this 3D-printable banana remote control holder STL. www.patreon.com/cw/OnMission3D
FYI the Copy button for the share image doesn’t work for me on iOS 26.5. The Copy button for the share text works fine though.
In other news, the sky is an absolutely unreal shade of purple, inadequately captured by this photo.
Don't try to tell me this gender stuff is anything new. Taking Back Sunday were singing about pronouns in 2002.
I’m not one of those people who try to get purple first every time, but today… 👀 #4x3
Got a push notification from Alexa telling me there’s an extreme heat watch for my area. This is what I got when I tapped on it. (There is, in fact, an extreme heat watch in effect for my area.) Love getting gaslit by AI.
Google AI thinks the “gender-neutral bucket” is a real thing, citing a satirical piece in a student newspaper.
We had this book, Trouble For Trumpets, when I was a kid. It had these incredible cross-section illustrations by Peter Cross. I think about it often and wish I could share it with my kids, but my mom doesn’t have it anymore and neither does my sister, and used copies are crazy expensive.
I misplaced my Eufy doorbell detaching tool and am bereft. Sure, a paperclip works fine, but this thing was perfectly designed and, unlike the cheap replacements on Amazon, magnetic for sticking to the fridge.
When I was a kid the local grocery store had a VHS tape of a few episodes of this series to rent, and I did, repeatedly. I was fascinated by the transforming plant-vehicle hybrid baddies. “Gun Grinner” is such a great name for a character with guns sticking out of his mouth.
I like when they make you sign your name on a touchscreen and then they print it out (badly) on the receipt. Very legit.
Made some tweaks to the background and layout for treacheryof.pics. Much happier with it.
Scamp has learned how to step on the pedal to open the trash can lid. Clever girl.
There are a dozen little improvements I’d like to make but for the moment I’m entertained.
I made something, mostly for my own amusement, but maybe y’all will like it: treacheryof.pics Make your own Magritte-style “Treachery of Images” image.
