Today's suggestion: Be kind to yourself. Be kind to others. Giving up is not an option, but taking breaks is a necessity. Hug someone you love. Hug someone you like. Hug your pets. Hell, hug your plants...all of them. Kindness, compassion and humanity are muscular gifts. Use them.
