When I was a kid, my Gran bought a toaster. On the packaging, it said "With 8-bit microchip!" I've been using a clockwork toaster for the past 22 years with no complaints. Seriously, if AI doesn't improve your product, don't add AI to it.
The thing that isn't being reported is that the survey was written in such a biased way it was actually VERY DIFFICULT to object. If the survey had been well-written, the results would be even worse.
I've been using GoLand and Junie, JetBrains AI coding assistant. GoLand's Productivity Guide shows that I haven't really been using the features of my IDE at all! I think in a real-world project I'd be using a combination of Junie for the boring stuff and hand coding the interesting pieces.

I am gradually recovering from the running injury that I have not previously mentioned on BlueSky. Don't run a Half Marathon with only 2 weeks' training, kids. I was smiling in this photo because I was standing still.

One of the nice little details in fish shell is that listing files correctly orders filenames with embedded sequence numbers. (For what it's worth, you also get this with exa/eza if you don't want to switch your shell)
