My go to for bugs bite like harmless spiders and mosquitos is that stuff you get after you get a piecing. You just might need a vat of it. I just put some on 100% cotton make up remover circles and dab it on a red mark/welt. It is cool and takes the sting and itch away.
If you have friends from Montreal have them send you jars of this and you provide the sour cream and some plain chips to dip and viola!
We make bibimbap regularly. We like to use beef bacon (as our protein) which we do in a cast iron pan on the bbq then we chop up the bacon and then fry an egg in the bacon fat. We find the cooled cast iron pan easy to clean up and ready for the next time.

Awhile back I posted a cat visiting us on the regular who we named Earl Grey. Yesterday we met his mom and learned his name is Junny. (Guessing at the spelling)
