Roast beef so good. Gang gang. Thank you Kenji for teaching me so much about cooking food.

$14 rump roast with cross-hatched fat cap that was dry-brined in salt/pepper in fridge for 48 hours, slow roasted at 225F and then after a 40 minute rest quick-seared at very high temp. A single slice is cut off showing the seared outside and juicy pink interior.

Same roast now sliced into thin slices after being cooled down in fridge. Mega juicy.

I have watched all of the Skibidi Toilet series on YouTube by pseudonymous filmmaker “DaFuq!?Boom!”. Skibidi is a palimpsest of measures and countermeasures in a dystopic urban warfare setting. It is arguably the first action film to grapple with the war in Ukraine.
