Somehow, this is a still from a docudrama about one of the UK's most harrowing serial killers. They've just found a woman with 47 stab wounds and a 2yo child clinging to her that the police and British press (both notorious arseholes) are going to harry for details.
The rule should be: someone is legally accountable, always. If AI is bad, some actual human, somewhere, is criminally liable for whatever it did.
Well, that's Burnham fucked. Sorry if you had hope he'd change anything. #votegreen
A giant golden aquila is about as explicitly fascist as you can get, but 11 stars? The US never had 11 colonies on its flag. Know who did? The Confederacy. I guess they won after all.
I suspect quite a few lefties will get this, that one question about tearing down institutions I definitely agree with, it's just tech bros tear down USAID and I'd tear down ICE
New TypeScript is a bit shit. Hundreds of errors and obtuse deprecations again 😔
Fun, but disappointed I can actually tell the E is an E pixelframe.design/dune-font-lo...
Removed it. I'm not even sure how it stood up, with almost all the weight of the fake chimney across thermal bricks that come apart like polystyrene.
Without looking it up... who is this? I'll give you a clue: he's quite well known, he got right near the top of UK politics and US business, but he's most famous for lying.
I like this analysis, and "comprehension debt" is a great term for it! I've seen this kind of codeslop in the wild, a kind of double edged sword that stops juniors from learning while also eating seniors' time to block it.
Greens didn't just win, they absolutely annihilated the racist Reform party. Labour were irrelevant, and will be from now on!
Why any of this? Why put a massive fake joist in if there's no weight on it? If it was supposed to take the ceiling, how was that supposed to work when it's just resting on thermal bricks?
Trick question! The answer is neither! The fireplace is lightweight thermal bricks but comes apart like Jenga anyway, and the big structural looking 'joist' is actually 3× smaller ones just resting on the brick. Everything wobbles, nothing is load bearing.
We bought an old vicarage, and as well as being full of junk it has the largest 80s fireplace I've ever seen. Above it runs a joist, with a naff plaster wood effect. So, is the joist holding the ceiling up, or is the fireplace?
The BBC is still on 𝕏, constantly tells us to follow them on 𝕏, has 𝕏 accounts for every 'journalist' on there, and yet still wants us to take their reporting on 𝕏's Grok being a deepfake porn engine seriously All this for a shitty platform that takes your news content but won't let its users visit
My GitHub year in review, for a CTO I still spend way too much time in code and PRs. I've been trying hard to work fewer weekends.
I don't know why anyone thought the Epstein files wouldn't have all mentions of Trump redacted. What, you think they obey the rule of law? Have you been living under a rock? All evidence about Trump & Epstein has already been destroyed, months ago.
