Ah we also have shoddy work in common! Mine got a rat infestation and the shop I took it to quarter assed the electrical repairs, beat up my interior, and stole a couple parts I probably should have taken it back when I had to start ordering parts for them... Here's one of their "gifts":

I did some poking around and I wasn't able to recreate this, sorry closest I got was creating a browser profile with a ~2021 vintage firefox on an ubuntu install I've had rotting on a flash drive, transferring it to nobara, and opening it there, but the config more or less stayed the same

firefox home page on a 2021 copy of ubuntu, it's nearly factory, with only a couple settings and icons changed for testing purposes

the same firefox home page on a 2026 copy of nobara, it's mostly unchanged from the last picture, with firefox only (annoyingly) shoving the new "popular today" page in and changing the rows from 2 back to 1

Ever seen the inside of a disposable vape? Don't buy these things, while I am amazed that they have pared the control electronics down to that little microphone thing and an led, the lithium battery inside these is *huge* and still has plenty of power to set your garbage truck on fire
