Btw I drew these about 9 months ago, it’s been less than a year, and look how MUCH my style has changed! 👀✨ Even though this isn’t the final version of the drawing yet (still need to add the hair and work on the rendering—) i’m still really proud of my progress 🥹
OMG they're so cute (even if they've taken over your chair, hahaha))) My cat is sooooo stubborn, and if I don't get up from the chair, she'll just..sit right behind my back and “lie there” like that? Cats are wonderful, that's my religion, my evil and favorite one 🥹🥰💗

thanks @mothbutchism.bsky.social for this gentle piece - it brought me back to childhood, when I played with LPS toys (the pup looks just like one!) and felt pure joy and love for myself and my art. Everything was simpler then.. This little guy reminded me of that warmth again 🥹🐥 you create magic ✨
a little behind-the-scenes of how this drawing was born: my cat really was freezing, so I borrowed a sweater from a plush bear - and it fit her so perfectly I just had to draw something inspired by it 🐻💛 For variety, I went with an anime style - it’s been way too long since I last used it 🐾
