I make okay videos about good games. Check them out, would you kindly?
I need people to understand that when I say "going back to college has been terrible" I mean "the 'required' reading for this week is Chapters 3, 4, and 5 of the 'required' book." 152 pages of this, is ONE of SIX required readings. Then there's homework. The course was made with "AI".
I didn't realize this was such a popular game, but this has been far and away my most popular video, so thank you again to everyone who took the time to check it out. Also, it put me over 2k subscribers, which is pretty cool.
I still call nonsense and agree about the stank, youtube is still running ads on your stuff, you should be getting your cut of that. It's hard enough to just make things, not to mention doing it with a job and a kid, etc. I see the requirements on my second channel, maybe something else it wrong?
It's incredibly cool that Mara was willing to show the estimated revenue, I don't think I've ever seen a larger channel do that. For another reference, I'm below 2k subs, this is my last year. 40k views, 3.4k hours 75 dollars for the YEAR. Support the creators you like, because YT doesn't.
And I won't post it to my social media either, even though it feels good in the moment. Though I certainly don't blame those who do.
You made a great video, unfortunately I heard that mouth noise you missed so I'm gonna have to send you to the shadow realm.
Oh are we talking about friction in games again? I tried to script out an essay on that once, but I figured it wouldn't be very interesting because it's so subjective.
It's really fantastic that Youtube built this functionality to help creators determine which thumbnails work best, and 9 times out of 10 the results are "We didn't show your video to anyone, so idk man. I guess do whatever." 🤷
Also, I assume the majority of people do stand behind the work of their video. The thumbnail and title are a very small part of that work which disproportionally affect it's success, and the A/B testing feature is automatic if you choose to set multiple options.
Huh, I'm not sure if that's cool or kind of a bummer. I hoped to do more, make a lot more in that time. Two years is so long, and yet so short. I need to finish this degree and get back to what matters.
I do have that, but I haven't imported any other games there, I mostly meant actually owning them on GoG would be nice. Though I have used Playnite which can import multiple libraries and manage installation between them as well as having VERY limited HLTB support.
Maybe it's common knowledge but I just found out that GoG has the ability to filter out by tags with this little eye icon. Thank you, such a small user experience thing that feels like pulling teeth on Steam.
17 years ago this person posted a tip on how to make money in Megaman Legends 2. I used that tip, mentioned it and gave credit in my review Somehow, despite that video currently only having 590 views, they found it. The connections that the internet, and video games create are truly insane.
Pack it up boys, your opinions are invalid. This guy played the game when he was a child, so nothing can be bad about it.
