Whoa! Timely! I went down a wormhole today looking up my grandad at newspapers.com. He was an attorney in Albuquerque from about 1930-1944, & even ran for state senate at one point (new info to me!) Here he's one of the signers of this ad in the ABQ Tribune 💪 Well said Grandad! #NOTHIRDTERM

I have my grandmother's peonies. I moved them to my old house when she went into assisted living years ago. They never really flourished there. When I divorced I brought them here to my house and now they can't be stopped!

Ages ago I asked google why people love sunsets so much. The answer was different than the one now. Back then it said something about how it gives people reassurance of continuity, that life goes on, the earth keeps turning, etc. And the stunning visuals, too, of course. #pnwsunset
