here is a brief synopsis (its not that brief):

Other: My novel is called STAY WOKE. After the death of his estranged wife, Brody Marshall moves to a remote mountain town named Orolet with his young daughter Fatima, hoping to find a new start at his grandmother's old cabin. Struggling with anxiety, depression and ADHD and finding a new career path while taking care of a sick daughter, he tries his best to make a comfortable life. But strange occurrences keep getting in his way. The neighbors barge into his house unannounced. A person in town hurls a slur at him. The only people his age are the town's nurse practitioner, and the Hawkes, who live in an audacious cabin with their two children. As he tries to settle in, strange occurrences happen around him.
Things in his house go missing. Liz Hawke keeps hitting on him with racially charged comments. And he could swear his dead wife is haunting the cabin.... in
