Grief. It's so fucking hard. It reaches up and grabs you when you least expect it. Sometimes, you're not always in a place you can let it out. I had to push it down all week, and I finally broke.. releasing all of the sadness in sobbing. I let it flow.. I have to go through it to get through it.

It was okay, I did my own thing and many people sent me videos and pictures of how they celebrated. I had grief therapy today and had a full-on panic attack during it. I guess it all hit me talking about it. Thank you for checking on me. I'm sharing what I did for my lil brother who never turned 46

This world is fucked because of one lunatic. Two weeks ago today, my brother's mental illness won and he committed suicide. In the saddest, loneliest most desperate way 🩵🕊️😭
