On a whim, I decided to test out GPT5.5 vs Sonnet 4.6 and my hunch was right. GPT may write better code but Claude’s UI skills are too hard to beat.
Visualized a football worldcup dataset from kaggle to test the plugin astral-willow-xyk8.here.now
Spent a ridiculous amount of time asking Codex to debug why my searchView was getting clipped only to finally debug it on my own with Gemini’s help.
Burned through my Codex weekly limit but I got a build on my phone. Kinda liked that Codex decided to use this illustration as the app icon.
Most coffee recipes tend to mention Commandante’s and it was hard to learn grind size when you have a different grinder especially when you are new to coffee. So I made a calibration app for myself. Supports Commandante c40, Timemore S3 & C2 and 1zpresso ZP6. kenneth.dsouza.im/grinder-cali...
“You could learn Spanish if you wanted to. But what use could it possibly be, when the Al could translate it into English faster than you could read or think? What use would there be knowing some language that nobody spoke but you?”
Decided to make Amoebas an agent first game. You can get your agents to play this by sending them amoebas-production.up.railway.app/skill.md
Made an amoebas game to play as an icebreaker at the event, but it failed in prod. Need to go back and try again. Put it up on Github if you wanna check it out. github.com/inosaint/amo...
After 10 years of using Pinboard, I finally made a client for my use. Everything was made with AI; the logo(quiver.ai), design(variant.com), Codex, Claude Code. I did the testing. Built on Tauri. You can find it here: github.com/inosaint/pin...
It’s other variants were also interestingly filled with real bookmarks and often topical to the theme of the UI.
Variant’s AI generation for a bookmarking app I am working on auto-populated a read.cv URL.
The update was the addition of cheats to help make your prompts better by adding a visual vocabulary component to prompts.
Discovered some bugs in the mac app when I was writing my last blog post so cut a new release fixing them. You can find v0.3.0 here github.com/inosaint/her...
Explored how editing on such an interface would be like. 1. The ability to drill down and directly manipulate generated content 2. Click links to create new cards 3. Add Comments which feed back into prompt.
