A little disappointed in myself today. I didn’t get my #negativesplits for all 8 #miles on my #run this morning. Kind of hit a wall just after mile 6. 😕

Every year, I go for a nice #run on my #birthday. Today I turn 53 so my daughter proclaimed I needed to run 5.3 #miles. I couldn’t think of a better way to start my 54th trip around the sun.

My husband & daughter 3D printed these for me after watching my pieces of paper that I use to visualize my GP finishing order predictions, get blown off the table the other day. Aren’t they great?

And this is why I don’t comment much on F1 Facebook groups. I didn’t respond: just left the group. If that is how moderators talk to people in their group (probably bc I’m a woman) I don’t need that in my life.

Saw this guy crossing the path on my run this morning. The Herron was in the pond again on my way out but was gone by the time I got back to it. This will suffice for my nature today. And yes, I did pick him up and put him on the side of the path he was headed toward.

So it’s not as good as the barred owl I saw last week. These 2 were WAY up in a tree a few hundred feet off the greenway and I’m only using phone. The pair of great horned owls have been the talk of the town for weeks. I finally saw them today. You can’t quite see the baby off to the right.

My chihuahua/rat terrier mutt is chaos. He will rough house with any dog he meets while barking his head off but this is really what he’s best at.
