Reading your thoughts, as long as you tell me where you're writing them first this week. Sheffield, UK - Don't try direct messaging as I am blocked by daft UK legislation unless I'm on a VPN.
That typographic style from circa 1990 memorialised in the Nunthorpe street sign.
They can't really cut us off, as they are satellites broadcasting click signals that are passively received. There's Russian GLONASS and Chinese BEIDOU too. There's an Android app GPS Test that shows you all the different satellites your phone can detect
The @metoffice.gov.uk just force updated their android app and the map function is still unusable. The Future scroller feels worse as it isn't as tight, and the past tab thinks it's 4am on Thursday. I need a new weather radar map app - any suggestions?
He's Rex Mottram from Brideshead Revisited. Too shallow and venal to even understand that there is a world outside his grim intruiging.

The hipster pubs call it a Radler, but you need to be sober enough to pronounce Schöfferhoffer to order one.
For me it must be my vintage cheese dish with the Burleigh Blue Calico design. It's in very frequent use getting cheese up to room temperature.
I saw Squeeze live supporting Madness in Sheffield last December. It was glorious.
The BBC transmitter checker is that I worked on the backend for, following @delverie.bsky.social is still reporting that Droitwich is up, though engineering works are happening www.bbc.co.uk/reception/ch... see www.bbc.co.uk/reception/wo... for more
Was she cosplaying as Mom from Futurama or is that just convergent evolution?
This maps to the tech bubble as well “When expensively educated, fashionable young graduates start showing up in your field, you're in a bubble.” epeus.blogspot.com/2005/12/key-... The more I read about your youthful exploits, the more amazed you're still here. You're that plane.
