Well, guess this is what 47 looks like. And I managed to put my creaky knees through a kettlebells session! 😂
Breakfast for dinner… had some eggs and ham in the freezer so I made a Nigella Lawson egg tortilla pie.
Every time we leave the house, Bosman steals at item of clothing, brings it to the front door and sleeps on it. Today it was an oven mitt and my gym shorts.
Sigh. Holiday’s over. Back to a life of healthy eating* and general virtue**. * Relatively * Probably untrue
