Just like a week ago I watched a bunch of movies I really like back to back so now I’ve been cursed to have to watch a really mediocre movie before every good one
The whole bit in Zeiram with Iria’s suit and the alternate dimension they fight in are very reminiscent of Space Sheriff Gavan
There is something to be said about how the writer for UGF and most of the other recent Ultraman specials also wrote the shitty Koichi Sakamoto movie where the main character is a rapist who is actually a good person deep down
Did this stupid bot tweet say Jason Statham is in this movie because Brian Le is also bald and it registered the back of his head as being Statham? Lmao
Guy who gets mad about a female character beating male characters but also thinks she should be able to easily dodge an arrow??? Being a chud grifter is the easiest job in the world and you're not even good at that, this is just sad
This sounds like music that should be playing in a minecraft youtube video I watched when I was 10, who thought this sounded good enough to put in a movie
Kitty cats will go to the spot that they always go to when they demand pets and then bite you when you pet them for slightly longer than they want you to and then come back up to you 5 minutes later demanding more pets
This movie has it's fair share of problems but the whole final car sequence is certainly not one of them, this is some textbook JAC madness
Just lots of very good shots in this one, it has the same cinematographer as Yakuza Wolf which I only saw like 20 minutes of but those 20 minutes looked beautiful
If you gave all these characters swords the general structure of this fight scene wouldn't really need to be changed (and yes I am using this specific clip as my example just so I can also show Kenji Ohba getting beaten up)
I can't stop thinking about this sequence, there's something very beautiful and dancelike about the fight choreography and movements in this movie
I had never even considered that thinking Die Another Day is better than The Spy Who Loved Me was an opinion an actual human being could form
