No one ever explicitly bullied me because I am autistic, but I did get bullied for having special interests, getting “special” treatment which was really just being separated from the bullies, for being weird, for being smart, for asking questions, for liking colors and patterns….

It occurred to me that I never had much of a childhood. My mom was physically present but mentally checked out before I was four and there wasn’t really anyone else around and there was me and my siblings… and there was this constant invisible pressure to hide this from other adults.

If Christian’s had the critical thinking skills necessary to read their Bible they would see that life begins at breath and they are fighting a war that they will never win logically. But they can’t read so here we are.

Once you see the entire system is designed by men for men to be able to escape actual accountability, you’ll never go back. Christianity is designed for those who like to spend their entire lives as oppressive monsters then escape accountability at the end much like the thief on the cross.

If this option to take time off were actually available to the masses, I could still have a job. I don’t actually enjoy being stuck in the home and would actually prefer to have a job and feel like a productive member of society. But I am a woman and capitalism isn’t meant for me.

I went to a private Christian school from kindergarten through my freshman year (that’s 10 years) I didn’t fully read the Bible until after getting out of that school. And even then I had to read it through three times as an adult before it finally clicked because of the indoctrination.

I worked in a telecommunications call center. One time a dude called and yelled at me for a good while because his cable was cut off, because he did not (and would not) pay the bill. Dear Reader, he hung up when I pointed out I can’t pay his bills for him. These. People. Vote.

It’s really too bad that the amendment from 1876 didn’t pass. That’s the one necessary to keep capitalism and extremism in check. It only took 18 years for the religious extremists to build up enough to propose that 1894 amendment which looks an awful lot like something out of Project 2025.

Hear me out: the anger towards Black Americans flourishing once they gained “equality” under capitalism is the same anger visible here. This is why I say racism and misogyny come from the same place. It’s ultimately mediocre white men realizing they are (and always will be) the losers.
