It mostly involves Jade for this. At first, when in a very bad mood, she spends a lot of alone time, and it isn't easy to convince her to go back to her peers until she wants to due to her hot-headedness and short temper. But she eventually learns the error of her ways and returns to her friends.

While I love all five of them equally (not counting my Kirby persona, Nate), I'd say Ethan, Jade, Lia and Stacy are the ones I can trust the absolute most. Boy, do I wish I can say the same thing about Ren, though...
