My God. Do not and I repeat, do not sleep on the Kirkland Chicken salad at #COSTCO, they use their rotisserie chicken to make it and it is almost all chicken,with some mayo dressing and a lil celery. Perfect cool protein injection on a hot day 18$ for about 3 lbs. Chicken is tender and juicy AF.
