My nine games. As with John, one was missing that I was head over heels about (Might and Magic III: Isles of Terra). Made at my9games.com
I won’t link to it nor paste the copy as to not give free advertising via searches or the like, but I’ll attach a screenshot here.
They came. They took a look around. They said. “Hmm, you know what Zorknarf? I think we should get the hell out of here before we are made into a rug or squashed in a press for our oil or something…”
This seems an oddly aggressive way to say you no longer do marble cake… “But what about marble cake? Huh? Where is it, damnit!” Tony “Cakemurder” Spinelli leaned close. “Marble cake is no longer.”
*waves at @trulytarotbyjudy.bsky.social* Thief 1 and 2. I’ve read it explained that these games don’t have levels, but spaces. It’s true. They inspired every stealth game since and have yet to be matched. Even after playing them dozens of times, I still get lost in these maps.
*Waves at @dreamless.bsky.social* Mercenary: Escape from Targ. Doesn’t look much today, but on an Atari computer in the 80s, it was amazing. Completely open world and unguided. Hard as nails. Can both fly ships and walk. What Mario 64 was decades later, this was like that. Just in wireframe.
If anyone is interested! I’ll not spam your timeline all at once. I’ll keep it spread out and sane.
Tater, the little monster who gave me a real run for my money the first 12 months we had him… The best little monster.
Totally does. And he is a handsome fella! Here is my lady. Sadly, no longer with us, but don’t be sad (as we animal people get over each other’s passed animals). She had 15 glorious years. She looks thicc here…but it’s all fur. Like inches of fur on all sides.
For my artist and writer friends. (p.s., no idea how BlueSky will flag this image. It is a scene from No Country for Old Men, and is not some scary or gruesome image, but I've had BS flag images as "corpse" or the like completely out of context since the filter sees bodies)
“AI” is sooooooooooooooooo bad at facts. Attached is an image from a Quora AI bot explaining how Terry Pratchett wrote. As far as I know, every single point except number five and some of point one is completely, totally, wrong…like documented in multiple sources including his own words wrong.
post a PERFECT album from the 90s that isn't nirvana or pearl jam or soundgarden or alice in chains
Repost with the first album you bought with your own money. I’m pretty sure this is it. I went absolutely bugf*ck for CDs at roughly the same time that I purchased this, and was exploring *all the things*, so no way to know for sure which was first—but this one feels like it was, looking back.
What the Australian aborigines could have had, according to this text:
You’ve been murdered. Who do you want on the case? With the way things have been going, prob need a detective with a little supernatural experience to solve my murder.
