It may not be as good as ROB, but its artwork is soooo much better! It’s a shame they didn’t use it in the NA release. I really do like this game though. It’s challenging but fun!
We bought a house! Still a week from closing, but everything’s going smoothly. It’s been a crazy couple of weeks and still lots to do. Plus, we’ll have a finished basement that will be the game room! So more to come on that as it comes together.
Got this beautiful #CRT TV from a friend last week and have been obsessed! Haven’t used one in about 20 years but it feels great to see these games how they were meant to be played. Definitely don’t really have the space for it, but if I didn’t rescue it, it would be trash! #retrogaming.
Last night, Resident Evil Requiem was sold out at every store in our area. This morning, my wife checked Best Buy and one became available and she was able to order it for pick up! Must have been the last one available for miles! Really excited to get into it!
When I saw this Indy Bomber 3D print file, it reminded me of how much I loved #Bomberman GB as a kid! It inspired me to get myself a copy and I have been addicted! I’m surprised how much is coming back to me since I haven’t played since the 90’s! Thanks to @mrtalida.bsky.social for the file upload!

Out doing a little X-Mas shopping at the pawn shop and couldn’t leave without a little treat for myself! Haven’t played this one in a long time but I’ve been a little obsessed with the #SegaGenesis lately, so this felt like a good choice! #GoldenAxe
Only ever played Jurassic Park for the Sega Genesis at a friends house but I loved it! Today I played through and beat it as Grant and loved it, even though I used so many continues. Pretty great soundtrack, too! Next I’ll have to play as the Raptor!
A great delivery day! I’ve been looking forward to this arriving since I preordered it months ago! Can’t wait to put it together and hopefully one day I’ll have enough space to put up a whole #Lego Pirate world #LegoPirates
Took up golfing recently and spent some time at the driving range today. Beautiful day! I’m totally terrible but after hitting about 150 balls today I can definitely see some improvement. I’ll be feeling it tomorrow!
Been playing a whole lot of #SuperSmashBrosMelee lately. Lost my memory card from back in high school when it came out, so working my way through it trying to unlock all the characters and stages I can. Just miss the days when i used to have friends over and played this all night. Such a classic!
I recently said to my son that I wish Halloween was chilly and breezy like it was when I was a kid (mom always making me wear a jacket!) Most Trick or Treat nights we go out, I’m in shorts and still sweating! Today has been cool, with a nice breeze and beautiful gray skies! Happy Halloween! 🎃 👻
The Haunted Mansion #Lego set is really cool but also very small. I’d love to get a second one and make my own version of it. The monster minifigs are amazing and I added some others to it as well. Overall, a really cute set that was fun to build, but on the expensive side for its size
Here is my list of my favorite game for each year from 1980-2025. These all use their original release date, not when they were released in the west or even when I played them. I only played one game from 2022, so Sparks of Hope wins by default!
Hallmark brought back their #TheLegendOfZelda ornament from a few years ago and I got my hands on one today! It looks great with the NES collection and it plays the Zelda theme,too!
#TheAdventuresOfElliot demo was fantastic! Really looking forward to seeing more of this game
