Just an update on why streams have been so sparse etc

Good morning all you beautiful beans. I hope you all go through Monday ok. I wanted to drop a little update considering the lack of streams this month. Obviously we've had the heat wave here in the UK which has meant I'm not getting much sleep but it's also seriously effected my pain. Everyday is a high pain day at the moment and even though it's cooler now I'm still not sleeping and the pain is still doing it's thing.
I'm also in weird place mentally. Obviously the lack of sleep and the pain will be seriously effecting me but I've also been trying to reconcile some things. I had set myself some goals when I first started streaming and hitting my 5th year anniversary at the start of the month hit me really hard in regards to the fact I've not hit any of those goals and likely never will. Now, I am doing my best to change my thinking and re-prioritise things in my head and focus on what I can do. And I am making steps with that. But it's not going to change over night and my failure to hit my previous goals still hits me like a truck from time to time.
I'm sorry that this has all translated into very few streams in the last month and I massively appreciate the continued support you all show me even when I'm streaming very little.
Anyway. Esssentially what I'm saying is that I'm a work in progress and that progress has been slow. And I wanted to be upfront with you all as to why things have been the way they are as talking about this stuff openly is what I have always tried to do.

So, this post is not like my usual posts. I tend to try and keep my socials for the channel to content stuff and little life moments. But I have been sitting on this for a while now and I need to say it as I am not ok with the state of things. I'm aware I just a streamer with a small community but I feel like silence isn't the way. So if you will indulge me.
I am completely and utterly done with this disgusting and frankly pathetic hate towards women on the internet, especially by men. And I want to make it clear on how I feel about this and what my community stands for. If someone has an Only Fans or does s*x work that does not make them less than for any reason. It is a job, they pay tax and the market is already there. If you're really so bothered by it then speak to the people CONSUMING this content, not making it.
Any woman who plays video games is a GAMER!!! You don not need a penis to be good at video games or even play them and if you think that then you are incredibly delusional.
And lastly. It screams massive insecurity when people post insulting or derogatory comments on women fitness influencers posts. They are just living their best life and trying to lift up others in the process, that is something that should be celebrated, not insulted. And it gives off incredibly insecure energy.
If you feel the need to say something hateful or demeaning to anyone on the internet, take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror. My space will never be one of hate and I will not stand for it. I was raised in a single parent house hold by my Mum with help from my Nan. Women need way more respect in the world than
they are currently getting. For those people who post this bullshit day in day out, figure out your insecurity and go to therapy.

I'll be honest, I'm kinda at a loss on what to do. The pain is just so bad at the moment, I'm so tired as I'm not really sleeping much at all. I want to stream, I miss doing it and I really don't want undo all the work that's been put in over the last 4 years. But I am really struggling physically. Sorry I don't have anything better than that to tell you but I want to keep you update on things and remind people that I'm still here and still want to stream, I just don't know how to go about it. Although I am doing better mentally, just a little fragile at times, the physical is really kicking my ass. I'm still in a lot of pain pretty much constantly and it's still effecting my sleep a lot. We are hopeful though, as Kat's ankle begins to improve, that my pain stuff will lessen. It's hugely frustrating, as I've said many times before (sorry to sound like a broken record), I love streaming and I want to get back to it as soon as I possible. But with the way I am now I wouldn't be at my best and the streams would be terrible. I am really sorry to anyone who subbed to the Twitch channel last month and didn't really get much for their money, I really hope I can make it up to you all soon. Love you all and hope you have the wonderful week that you deserve 💚

Good morning and happy Monday all you lovely beans. Apologies for being so silent, just wanted to give you an update. I'm slowly doing better, my head space is improving, if still a little wobbly. Physically I'm still struggling a little, my pain is still really high, thanks to that and the current heat in the UK at the moment, I'm still not getting much sleep and feel really exhausted. My hope is to be back streaming soon but I really need to take my time. I very likely burnt myself to a level I haven't before and I don't want to rush back just to have to take more time away again. I will be around online and in Discord more now though. I'm really hoping that I can do at least one stream towards the end of this week. Thank all of you for all your patience and continued love and support. You guys are the absolute best bunch of goblins on the internet. Love you all 💚
