31. The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve Banger game. Still too verbose at times, but the cases are so good that it makes up for both its and its predecessor’s shortcomings. It is everything a good sequel should be and more. My favorite Ace Attorney so far.
30. Fourth Wing Hey, a book! There’s something you don’t see every day… A fine romantasy book that felt more like eating popcorn than a full meal. Definitely some fun moments in there, but I don’t know that ever really hooked me.
29. Devil May Cry 5 Hype Moments and Aura: The Video Game Super fun. Couldn’t tell you what the hell was going on in the story, but I loved the combat and flashy cutscenes.
28. Before Your Eyes Using your real-life blinks as the main input sounded like a cool idea on paper, but it led to me feeling like I missed out on a lot of the game's story. Halfway through, I disabled it. This did help, but I then felt like I was neglecting a unique mechanic lol. Still great tho
27. DOOM (1993) Zooming through levels while blasting demons with the shotgun never got old. Combing said levels for keys and specific doors certainly did, though. (I'm looking at you, episode 3)
26. Disclosure Day Pretty neat movie. Definitely gets a little too silly in the third act, but I can't say I was not entertained.
25. 007 First Light I’m only really familiar with James Bond through cultural osmosis, but I had a ton of fun with this game. A really neat mix of Uncharted and Hitman that I didn’t expect to love as much as I did. Maybe the only game I’ve ever played with genuinely witty quips lol
24. The Great Ace Attorney Adventures The first entry in the Great Ace Attorney duology falls short of being great. This game is dragged down by overly verbose writing that makes every case—no matter how compelling they otherwise may be—feel like a slog to get through. I still had fun though lol

23. Mixtape This game slaps when you don’t have the most annoying people on earth yelling in your ear that it sucks.
21. Red Dead Redemption 2 Loved the story and the art direction, but not much else unfortunately. I’m pretty confident that I prefer the first game. Kind of want to write about this game, because the things it chooses to prioritize prompted a lot of thought from me while playing.
20. Spirited Away I enjoyed this movie fine enough, but it kinda feels like I didn’t “get” what everyone else sees in it. I suspect it’s due in part to the fact that its reputation precedes it. Still, it’s cute, and I liked witnessing Chihiro’s growth.
19. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (replay) Still peak. Don’t know why, but my 2nd viewing of this ending was actually the first media thing ever to make me tear up. Love this game even more now than I did after first beating it
Funny story: my Link’s Awakening video was initially underperforming. I had 3 different thumbnails running alongside a fairly whimsical title for my channel, but I swapped them out for the most generic LA remake thumbnail I could make, shortened the title, and whaddaya know!
I know I asked for it, but I really wish you guys didn't give me an excuse to play Bloodborne again... My life is over for the next few weeks.
18. Pragmata I'm a little tired of seeing the same modern AAA mechanics and tropes getting recycled across games, but overall, I really enjoyed Pragmata. Super unique and satisfying combat with a sweet story sprinkled in.

17. Alan Wake II The story had me on the edge of my seat through basically its entire run-time. Remedy continues to be in a league of their own when it comes to presentation, as well. HIGHLY recommend if you have even a passing interest in this game.

16. Final Fantasy X LOVED the gameplay and (most of) the bosses. Story didn’t fully land for me unfortunately. Not my favorite FF but glad to have finally experienced it.
Fallout 3 I wouldn't say I'm 'embarrassed' to not have played this, I suppose. It just feels like one of the more noteworthy games I've never tried out. It will definitely take a long time for that to change.
Batman: Arkham Yep, the entire trilogy. Been sitting on these things for years across multiple platforms, and it still hasn't happened yet. Maybe one day; probably not any time soon.
Elden Ring Neightreign Still really want to play this, but its release timing was very unfortunate for me. Was out of the country for the week after its launch, and all my friends either got their fill or were never interested. 🥲
The Witness Definitely interested in playing this, but it's never stood out to me when deciding on something to play.
