Work has made me so angry today that I'm 100% sure I have reversed any progress physio had done for my jaw clenching. My face is hot, my hands are shaky, and I'm on the verge of tears. People are stupid and I hate them. I hate them for making ME feel stupid. I'm just so tired of everything.
