Trump’s DOJ messed with the wrong judge over the Epstein files. Judge Emmet Sullivan put prosecutors on notice: defy my orders, violate the law, conceal files—and face contempt. The mic drop: “That’s not a threat. That’s a promise.”
DOJ’s statement isn’t true. FBI 302 reports and corresponding handwritten notes were produced in the Epstein files. Below is one example. So why did DOJ produce handwritten notes for certain 302s and not others - like the victim who made accusations against Trump?
Today as DOJ fights in court to keep Epstein files from the public, remember it’s also keeping them from state prosecutors. The files contain serious allegations of crimes in New Mexico by people other than Epstein and Maxwell, yet DOJ won’t identify them. These allegations demand investigation.

If Congress did its job, Todd Blanche would be out of a job. Blanche’s seashells “threat” case against James Comey is the clearest vindictive prosecution we’ve ever seen. By confirming Blanche as AG, Congressional Republicans are endorsing Trump’s weaponization of DOJ.

BREAKING: In 2019, SDNY prosecutors persuaded New Mexico’s AG to shut down his Epstein investigation by promising to share evidence of state crimes. Two weeks ago, SDNY U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton broke that promise. Today, he was confirmed as Director of National Intelligence.
I worked with Todd Blanche at SDNY. He shouldn’t be AG. Two years ago, I warned he’d become Trump’s Roy Cohn for a top job. Now Cohn’s playbook is DOJ practice: Deny facts. Defy courts. Target political enemies. Congress will confirm him. Defending the rule of law is up to us.
