The Governor’s annual Holiday Open House in Juneau is today, Dec. 9, from 3 to 6 p.m. According to the Governor's Office, the event will feature 26,000 cookies, 100+ pounds of Almond Roca & other treats, and a 12-ft Sitka Spruce harvested from the Tongass by employees at the Yakutat Ranger District.
