On a kinder note, I've been playing WuWa again. The new region is a treat, to the eyes and to explore. A lot of vertical mobility, a gorgeous landscape and a flavourful theme. And its battle system feels as good as ever, very rewarding to master, practically a spectacle fighter.
Leaving that aside, I just got my hands on this gorgeous edition of Carrie. It's been years (too many of them) since the last time I read something of King's. I can't wait to jump into it.

If you see this post an anime you love. To me, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagan is a vertical slice of what makes anime appealing as a medium. It condenses the hype of a 300-episode shōnen into a fraction of that with an animation so kinetic, so visceral, that watching it is a constant adrenaline rush.
