He was not prohibited from running according to the 14th Amendment, Sec. 3. However, he could be prohibited from holding office per 14(3). His election should not have been certified, and Sec. 3 should have been enforced, at least through class action suits.
No "causalities?" Does this mean there was no relationship between the US's missile attack on Iran and Iran's subsequent attack on a US base? So everyone's just firing off their missiles in a big missile-swinging contest?
