My first half has been busy, creative and often uncertain. Ten+ active projects, two wonderful partners, aging parent & feuding siblings, barely any paid work, even more robots than last year and still waiting on that au-dhd assessment. Looking into the etymology of dragonfly, it was a bit disappointing. But a child of the 70s raised on Mesozoic dioramas with giant dragonflies. I want to make a retroactive case that dragonflies were the fly contemporaries of dinosaurs. And dinosaurs were the original dragons.
