Before and after. Took 2.5 days but the split entry is now painted. Going with a warm earthy Arts and Crafts palate throughout the house.
Today's project is priming and painting our split level entry way these colors, with the terracotta the accent wall facing the door. There will be a large works gallery wall from the top of the door up on the largest wall. This is what occupies my mind 60% of the time.

Ferry from Dublin to Wales. Splurged on a cabin presuming I would be hungover. Nope but as the ferry was packed this was a refuge to start an 8hr day of travel. 65£ add on. Worth every pence.
I do tiny water colors when I travel. Got the inspo from @vanderbasch.bsky.social. They arent great but they do bear a passing resemblance of what I'm rendering(win!) and satisfy that part of me(double win!).
After 8hrs, 2 trains and an emergency Uber (and a big fck you to Avanti rail) this is my first glimpse of Ireland. More tomorrow. Tonight I rest in the hotel. I have 3 more days and nights to take it in.
Work is flying me to London. Hello business class, hello Polaris lounge. Hello 7am mimosa.

Today's moment of bliss is a well organized garden made safer from fauna with chicken wire. Next step, paint the wire black to maximize view of said fauna while puttering around in there.
As we crossed the 3 month threshold a couple weeks ago, today is Molly's first day at doggy daycare! She's doing very well, workers saw how sweet she is! She interacts with the other dogs some, mostly stays by the person, which is on brand for her. May Adjust her government name to Molly Shadows. 😎
