So I brought my old tablet with me and I forgot how nice sketchbook pro is to work with.
I really want to add photography to this acct as well. I hope you guys don’t mind. Next to art, photography is another thing I adore. This was taken today at Hog’s Back Park where there are waterfalls. I plan to do more in the fall.
I guess Miss Kitty is my muse again. I’m pretty sure I drew a pic like this sometime back tho. Lol
I just found out The Great Mouse Detective turns 40 today. So I did some fanart just in time. I need to draw more art from that movie again. I might touch this up and colour later.
One thing I miss about Twitter is the balloons. So I’m using an old pic to make up for it. Anyway, I’m another year older and more cynical. I don’t plan on doing much, I bought a nice computer chair and assembled it. Go me.
Trying to get use to pen and paper again. I missed it so much. Yeah, posting a day before my birthday. 😏 This sums up my mood tho. The only marker that isn’t dried up.
I’ve been trying to get back into traditional media for sometime. A week ago I went to an art store for the first time in years. When I uploaded traditional stuff, it was material from old sketch books. I wanted to start fresh this time. The Copics are a couple years old tho.
I just realized I haven’t posted here in a month. Life has been kicking my ass; it’s been 2yrs since my mom is gone and lots of other bullshit to deal with too. I hope to post more art frequently tho.
So I finally got around to colouring this Breezie sketch. I’ve been drawing more recently. Whoohoo! I had a blood test a couple weeks ago and my iron was low on top of not taking care of myself. I decided to change things around. I feel whole again.
I wanted to have a turn at drawing Public Domain Betty Boop. Why not? 🤷🏿♀️I’m use to drawing dog women ppl.
I’m just seeing if I can still draw my ocs. Also changed my matted screen protector(it was wearing down), so I can draw without sliding. Yah!
Quick sketch. Slowly getting back to drawing. I’m trying to heal myself. I need to change my screen protector (one those paper feel kind) it’s too smooth now 😩
Trying to do some traditional stuff. So rusty, but at least I’m drawing something.
