I’m not blaming Rumi, Zoey, or Mira. I don’t see anyone as wrong in this scene. Just people who made bad decisions and are dealing with the consequences of it.

Rumi even questions it herself in This Is What It Sounds Like: “My head was twisted, my heart divided. My lies all collided. I don't know why I didn't trust you to be on my side.”

Rumi keeps bringing up the song as an issue, Mira knows that a lie and as a result, Rumi snaps at Mira. Rumi once again, acts off by stop being part of the fight. As a result, she gets taken down. This argument resulted into an entire of train people dying.

Later on, Rumi no longer wants to sing Takedown and talks about how the song just isn’t right. This makes Mira confronts her, again- why is Rumi suddenly questioning everything about the demons, why is she suddenly hesitant on using Takedown, Rumi’s idea, to defeat Gwi-Ma.

Then when Mira expresses how she can’t wait to take down Gwi-Ma and the demons, Rumi doesn’t show the same enthusiasm as she used to do. Rumi doesn’t seem happy about the idea of defeating Gwi-Ma to Mira here and it confuses her.

Rumi even tells Mira that the tonics are helping her voice as we see Mira look into the box and notice Rumi has not in fact been taking the tonics. When Mira first confronts Rumi, she chooses to trust Rumi’s answer and even apologizes for the confrontation.

Then suddenly Rumi starts acting different- she tries talking to a demon, she cheers for Jinu at a fan event, she changes the lyrics of their diss track to make them more sympathetic about the demons. Rumi was actively hiding a demon tiger and Jinu’s letter from Mira when she was confronting her.
