Got my hands on the North American edition of the book today from Oxford University Press - very exciting!

It’s Canada Day, and I’d like it to stay that way. While sovereignty is top of mind, maintaining that independence rests in an independent info ecosystem free from external controls or manipulation. That starts with understanding what the Canadian info ecosystem consists of from top to bottom.

My wonderful publishers @hurstpublishers.bsky.social made a bound galley for a pre-launch event at my alma mater King’s College London with Ofer Fridman. The Information Animal is out in Europe on May 22 and on September 1 in North America.
