Yeah but have you considered long snek-men with unnervingly human teeth?
Sam Neill is a horror icon, his presence in Event Horizon continues to influence countless creatives around the world, and his surreal performance in Possession is an underrated gem. Which is to say nothing of the joy he brought to hundreds of millions of people as Alan Grant. RIP to a true icon.
I adore my strat. I still need to get a new pickguard since I swapped all the knobs for switches, but it's a classic shape for a reason. I'd say this is a strange take but I don't really like the LP shape, so lol
Half of all music production YouTube is this and I can't figure out why. (I know why but still hate this)
Tunes for the past few weeks, actually. Hyped for new Dysgnostic so revisiting their last album. New albums from Defect Designer, Fires in the Distance, Funebrarum, Khemmis, Stormkeep, and Verdun all proved to be excellent. It's always a good time for music.
Had to overdraw to keep rent and utilities paid, but I'm gonna run into the same problem again. Any help is immensely appreciated. Getting ahead is the hardest part, and I've been putting off doctors visits I really need. paypal.me/lascaillesshroud
I will forever remember this random YouTube comment that succinctly described Prince
I wanted to see if you could do this with any word and it really, really is this bad. Actually, it's worse
I personally don't like that we have another band relying on the imagery, style, logo, and musical history of Death to exist as a band. Leave Chuck alone, if you're going to make music inspired by Death than for fuck's sake have some tact. And HALF this band's OTHER band is fucking Gruesome lol
It's finally done, after two years of work. Every album I do post COVID and spinal injury has been a little bit harder than the last, and this was no exception. I spent the last month re-recording every solo and several leads, but even with the pain it was worth it. I hope people give it a shot.
That reminds me of "I, Origins," a sci-fi movie about a couple studying/mapping eyes and discovers something that may imply reincarnation.
Israel is going to be pissed someone is moving in on their territory
Front tire exploded on the way home from work today, had to order a new one for overnight delivery but I'm already super far behind because of dumping most of my money at the dentist last month. If anyone has some change to spare, I would be greatly appreciative. paypal.me/lascaillesshroud
Was watching this last night and fucking DIED laughing at this. Seriously, watch the whole video, it's golden.
Not to mention all the musician-invented stuff, the unique one-offs that only a certain person. Like whatever the hell Author and Punisher calls the stuff he builds. (The thing in his right hand is on a big metal slide as well)
"I'll record this cover I've wanted to do for a few years. It's a simple song, I can do it quick." [16 guitar layers later]
Just finished watching this absolute gem of a movie. A revenge flick with something more than violence, a rather intimate and intense look at grieving, death, and the cost of being unable to move on. I went in blind and suggest you do the same.
In honor of international women’s day, who are the women of your letterboxd top four? #filmsky
Can anyone that is able help Bex, please? I've donated $30, and if anyone can match that it will go a long way.
Reaper users, White Tie has made a graphical UI mod/update for Reaper that shows routing with virtual cabling on the left hand of the TCP. I'm pretty used to Reaper's routing but I can't deny this is a visual improvement. Highly recommend checking it out on the forums! (search WT Graphical Routing)
Unstructured stream of thought after watching a near two-hour video essay from @adamneely.bsky.social y.bsky.social, picture of my desktop wallpaper (art by @alexjaybrady.bsky.social , pick up their vol 2 collection for this great piece, text I put on there) will be relevant in a minute.
Ellie turns 16 today. She's a perfect old girl, still spry and active and super playful. She has slept with me every night for all of these 16yrs, always cuddled next to me or literally on my head. I've had her since birth, and she is one of the best things in my entire life.
