On a Lifestyle front, I have to say how I LOVE the fragrance of Dove shea butter soap bar. I don’t use it as soap, but I use it as sachets in drawers and any place in he house that needs a little refresh.

I've seen all these new "health" drinks that people drink instead of alcohol, but most of them have dangerous faux-sugars. I finally found Amrma... and it's sweetened with stevia... I'm trying the Ginger-Pear it's yum and refreshing.
