Not really a big toy guy anymore but I really like the Mattel DC figs, they're so cheap and colorful, and basically have everything I wanted as a kid, cloth capes and the utility belts hold gadgets and can come off.
Newest issue of Fantastic Four has a moment where the alien kids are like "Ah humans have 12 fingers, they count in 12s instead of 10s, we have to go back in time and make humans evolve to have 10 fingers" and then you look back at the previous pages and the humans have 6 fingers on each hand.
Bought the Lobo Compendium twice this week. The one from Amazon was bent and had these lines of splotched ink down a ton of pages, the other from Speedyhen arrived today and had a chunk bitten out of it...

For the last few years they were just calling him "The Captain" after dropping calling him Shazam, now he's Captain Marvel again! I like that though, I'll never call him Shazam.
Stopped reading comics for a while and just had a massive pile but I'm past DCKO, I love that Superboy Prime still wears THIS suit. He could dress like regular Superman but he's still dressing like the Anti-Monitor.
They really could have done more Robins at high school stories, with Jason especially.

I love these first two Batman DC Finest collections, they have these amazingly drawn, must-read stories in the context of being surrounded by like 20 issues of schlocky 80s comics.
Been re-reading Yotsuba& again for the millionth time and mannnn this reveal was huge. I got into Azumanga Daioh and Yotsuba& back in like 2005ish, so when Osaka's return leaked on Twitter it was like hearing a celebrity had come back to life, that's how big a deal it felt.
