Combat scene from Scramble Quest. 3 Characters fighting on opposite sides. they're in a tile-based environment that looks like green fields with trees, bushes, fences, and rocks. It's bisected by a river, and has plenty of places to run around and hide behind.

Our neighbour's cat is enjoying the flower field our garden currently is

A slightly rotund very fluffy cream/red cat sitting at the side of a garden, flanked by green leaves. He's looking at the lush green grass and wild flowers that surround him. The green is brilliant in the bright sun, as is his fur, that is flecked in patches of shadow and bright bright light.

one side a bed dressed in warm colors and a wooden bedside table. A big fluffy cream colored maine coon lies on the side table, head up, looking attentively towards the camera, one white paw over the edge.
A darker cream/red cat lies closer sleeping on the bed. His fur is shorter but still fluffy, like a teddy bear. Unfortunately the poor thing's head is within a transparent cone. He's trying to make the best of it.

Airport store toy shelves are scarce, which is why one has to carefully choose what to stock. Like this store with actiontastic senator mothma from popular kids... political thriller Andor, and Kraglin, the guy from the fun marvel movie with heart shattering animal abuse, guardians of the galaxy 3

My partner got me a Lego Gameboy + lights for my birthday and I love it! I'm amazed by the detail they put into it and that all the buttons are actually pressable (they of course do nothing)

On a shelf on two stands, a Gameboy made out of Lego, with the screen backlit, and beside it a game cartridge of Zelda Links Awakening made out of Lego. Both are eerily lit from below. In the background there's a couple of artbooks

Model kit going well

There's an anime waifu in parts. Her torso with arms and legs, forming a heart with her hands, a single leg standing by itself, and a butt with undies lying about. Everything's on top of a cute pink cutting mat. In the background is a picture of the final figure. In the front is the nippers used to cut the parts out of the plastic frames.

The green Yuri Manga, a pile of Japanese twelve kingdoms books, Bayonetta stickers, an arcanadea limitea what if model kit, a Candela obscura character sheet, a Japanese colorful stage more more jump weiss schwarz deck, a mystical looking sagittarius art by Natasja van gestellt, art I'm having trouble describing by koiless artworks (sorry), a little plastic bonsai with the pokemon articuno resting on its branch, a crying anya forger figurine, a pokemon tcg card depucting a knitted sandygast, a turtles x sanrio figurine of kuromi dressed as Michelangelo, and the rest is a variety of other things in a pile

Also, look at my stylish armband/bandage my GP gave me. Thank you cat for biting my arm really hard, just because for some reason you expected me to feed you way earlier than usual. It goes so well with my outfit

A bandaged forearm. It's white. You can't see it, but I'm wearing a blue dress with a white top that does match the bandage color really well! I still would rather just not have been bitten.

One of my favorite spots

Close by, white rocky cliffs, jutting out of the ocean, clearly showing many rocky layers. Frothing white and deep blue and green water laps at the cliffs. A bit further ahead a flat green island plateau made out of the same diagonal rocky layers. Beyond, the wide open ocean meeting the blue sky. To the left the sky is bright, almost yellow, but to the right it's getting darker

Another thing I think often about is the line "Just trying to understand why we keep making the same mistakes... over and over" from Cloud Atlas. That's now clear more than ever. Quite frustrating. Beautiful movie

Speaking of paranoia: The Truman Show is such a fantastic movie. I think often about it. (30)

The Truman Show: A large building shows the live footage of a man sleeping. It says it's day 10909 (it's almost 30 years). Below it, it says it's "the Truman show". The streets are filled with an enormous mass of people watching the show on that gigantic screen.

Continuing from there: Home Alone is a classic. Like many childhood movies as you grow up you start identifying with the parents. What I didn't expect is that you also start feeling bad for the criminals! Specially in Lost in New York. That kid's a trickster god torturing the souls of the damned!

Home Alone: There's snow and christmas lights outside. Two goofy burglars are looking through a window into a house. Inside is a lod screaming in feigned fear

Feels appropriate to follow up with The Breakfast Club. Like all John Hughes movies it's a fascinating look into a still relevant perspective of teena- oh god... oh god it didn't age well.
