LBC Watch
@lbcwatchuk
I listen to LBC (@lbc.co.uk) a lot and post in annoyance about some of its presenters' attempts to mislead the public.
Key fact for the forthcoming "Labour are antisemitic again" attack line, which they will try to pin to Burnham personally. (Again, because they have nothing else). Burnham didn't allow Diane Abbott back in. An independent process was followed and she was readmitted via that. #Newsnight
James O'Brien had a guy call him the other day who literally wrote a book about it: I think when big money is involved, people ONLY think like this. (Large corporations etc)
Dan Hodges is now saying what I have personally known (and would have bet the house on) for the last decade (thanks to numerous journalists and a basic understanding of probability). Reform UK is a Russian funded operation, and there's been a conspiracy of silence around investigating them.
So we saw the first line of my old tweet on Tuesday, and we're seeing the second line today. Farage is an upgraded version of Boris Johnson - he was the first Harborne "appointee" (he gave Boris £1m). They use the same tactics. They are both Russian assets (in my view).
This is where we are. "Nobody cares about a thing that actually happened."
An utter disgrace from @bbcnewsnight.bsky.social @vicderbyshire.bsky.social. Not a single mention of the bent bastard's donation being referred to the NCA. They purposely didn't read the Guardian front page. John McAndrew's decision was it?
Rupert Lowe runs a racist party, but he's also a one of the most diligent and hardworking MPs in the Commons. That could count for a lot in Clacton.
The man giving Nigel Farage money for advertising a bullion company is also the CSO of a Bitcoin firm. I'd love to see a proper forensic audit of Farage's finances. I'd bet my house there'd be some evidence of a good deal of impropriety, potentially including money laundering.
The fascists are fighting back with their own little tactical voting app.
Disappointing to hear @henryriley1.bsky.social dismiss the idea that there's been a DOCUMENTED plan in place to oust Starmer since he took office, using any means necessary. The means? 1) Constant negative press 2) Spread propaganda on social media 3) Hysterical reporting of HIS FAILINGS Shoddy
Bigger picture, I'm simply wondering if there's an over representation of neurodivergence within modern extremism.
Literally logged on to post about this. Was going to say something far sillier like "worst blunt rotation ever". But yes, agree. Also fed up of seeing these panels - gov should throw (even more) weight behind solving this. Reducing knife crime is surely a huge vote winner.
The far right's strategy is very simple: - Stoke tensions on a daily basis. As much around race as possible. - Evoke reactions, preferably violent reactions. - Ideally they'd get a good, solid, riot, particularly one instigated by or against ethnic minorities.
How can the Torygraph be using Wes Streeting's EU rejoin announcement to attack Andy Burnham, rather than attacking the explicit rejoiner himself? Burnham is CLEARLY worrying the right wing, whereas they're entirely comfortable with Wes Streeting, which should tell you everything you need to know.
Why are Sky News asking for a former US Ambassador to comment on the Labour leadership furore? And why isn't he diplomatic enough to say "it's not for me to comment"?
Have you seen this @mrjamesob.bsky.social? One horrific, racist liar being called a liar by another horrific, racist liar.
Anyone care to tell me why people who love Nazis are attracted to Nigel Farage's party? And why 99.9% of the broadcast media remark upon this particular feature of Reform UK so infrequently.
Dan Neidle said to Peston recently (maybe yesterday) that he believes there is evidence to support Laure Ferrari coming from a wealthy family.
