✏️ #wipwednesday ✏️ Lost in the sea of edits! Finished fleshing things out and am almost done going through individual chapter edits. Soon I'll be reading Phoenix's Call from beginning to end, something I haven't been able to do yet.

Editing time! There are three things I need to have nearby when I'm working on Phoenix's Call. One, is the journal that's been with this story since its inception in 2016. Two, the piece of pirate glass I was gifted last year. And three, the compass my husband gave me for Christmas. #author

This week kicks off the craziness that the next three will bring. So to keep myself sane in between writing and interviews, I finally started Game Changer by @rachelreidwrites.bsky.social and made some homemade s'mores granola bars 😋. Time to rework Chapter 15 for my WIP. #author #indieauthor

While working on one of the last chapters of Phoenix's Call, I turned the page and found this. Instantly I had flashbacks to when my son was very young, probably around 6 or so, and he would steal my notebooks to scribble in them.
