With a provincial by-election in Scarborough Southwest and a federal by-election in Beaches-East York, the NDP is the party of No Jets at Billy Bishop Airport in Toronto.

NDP leader Avi Lewis kicking off the by-election campaign in Beaches-East York for candidate Shannon Devine. It was a packed standing room only crowd in a hot humid church basement auditorium. The Carney/Ford/JP Morgan coalition to pave the Toronto waterfront has a fight on its hands.

Whenever Doug Ford has the courage to call the by-election in Scarborough Southwest, Fatima Shaban of the ONDP is the real fighter for the working class.

Ontario Liberals in SSW are a rather sad bunch these days. OTOH, the Ontario NDP is in a rather good mood, having staged a mass canvass of the riding to celebrate the birthday of candidate Fatima Shaban, talking to voters about issues that actually matter.

Forget the shit show and the in-fighting in the Ontario Liberal Party. The real alternative in Scarborough Southwest is Fatima Shaban of the NDP.

So it would appear that PP, Doug Ford and Carney are joined at the hip on jets at Billy Bishop Airport in Toronto.
