Not usually a chuuni fan but sometimes they’re just written that amusingly, so megumin from konosuba has a spot for sure
Dark Deity has a ton of good characters but narrowly beating out Benji and Faust for me are Sophia and Fenton(yes this is 2 in one like but it’s too good)
