Its probably not healthy the amount of suicide I think of. But hey. I don't have money for insurance, I don't have money for therapy, I don't have money for hospitalization. I don't even have enough for a gummy to go to sleep tonight.
I have severe depression. I have been hospitalized multiple times. But every time just makes shit worse because the root cause is never repaired or replaced.
I am anomaly. I should not exist.
That has been drilled into my brain since i was born. That's not an exaggeration. I should not exist. Its why i never bother people, or am so passive about my dying.
Never bother anyone. They're much busier and better than you. You don't belong here.
Then there's the matter of communication. You ever wonder why we're so on guard after weeks or so of silence? Abandonment trauma. We have to keep our guard up. We have been broken and thrown away so many times. It's inevitable yes. So just... Keep that in heavy mind.
