I'm off to the theatre with one of my grandchildren next week for some theatrical fun. Today, I read a book, and last week, I repaired and painted some old watering cans. Every week is busy and different.
I'm not a huge football fan, so whilst my husband has been watching the football, I've painted some old rusty watering cans. Went for barge style as we are surrounded by canals here in Skipton. They turned out quite nice.

Lovely spring walk round the Kelpies in Scotland today. Far from the maddening crowd!
Waited two years, and my first wild daffodils have flowered. Known as Lent Lilly (Narcissus Pseudonaricissus), it has pale petals and a dark centre. I planted over 100, so I'm excited to see how many more open.
I hope all this tacky gold stuff in the Whitehouse can be removed and is not stuck on with superglue?
