The entire point of the radical, fascist MAGA movement is to roll back the advances that women, minorities, LGBT+ Americans, etc. have made over the last six decades. Their goal is to restore white heterosexual cisgender Christian male dominance. That would be catastrophic if successful.

I’m reading @briantylercohen.bsky.social’s new book and I came across this phrase. This is the best summation of the goal of the MAGA movement that I have read so far. When they bleed about losing “free speech“, what they mean is that there are now consequences for their racist and bigoted speech.

Here’s my completed Lego Spring Wreath (#40957). Of all the builds I’ve completed in the Botanicals line, this was the most challenging. I’m very happy with how it turned out. I’ll swap out the Easter ornaments after the holiday.

I picked these up for a good price on eBay. I am glad to find botanical brick kits from manufacturers other than Lego. I have had good luck with the Brickcraft Bricktanicals line and I hope to have a repeat with these.

Without a doubt it had to be the huge crush I had on Andy Travis from WKRP (played by Gary Sandy). I mean, how could anyone see that beautiful man and NOT feel something? Little 12-year-old me didn't stand a chance at resisting him. He still turns me on, even all these years later.

I have completed all of the "Four Gentlemen" and now proudly display them in my office. I am addicted to Lego Botanicals now! I've also found several other manufacturers, including Brickcraft, and am acquiring those now too. So relaxing! Loved Legos as a kid and forgotten how much fun they are.

In 2025 I reached my fluency target for Norwegian & wrapped up my intense study of the language. I had to point out to her that she's the one making the claim, so the burden of proof is on her. Faith is just willing suspension of disbelief. It's not a virtue; it's a vice.
