// When Lex visited Ralli's Diner, he met a waitress named Jenny & offered her $1,000,000 to spend a month with him. After Jenny's initial refusal of the offer Lex told her he'd wait outside in his car for ten minutes. -c-
// While leaving a rally, a woman dressed in a Ralli's Diner uniform approached Lex from the crowd & fired two shots at Lex. One bullet struck him. The shooter was identified as Jenny Hubbard & she was arrested by the FBI. The injuries proved minor, & Lex’s poll numbers increased upon his recovery
// Aquaman, King of Atlantis, realized that Lex’s B13 technology was damaging underwater life, making Atlanteans more aggressive, & thusly kidnapped Lex to stand trial, threatening to flood Metropolis if Superman intervened. Lex was able to solve the situation diplomatically.
// However, due to a series of unfortunate coincidences, past altercations, and paranoia, Superman became suspicious of Lex and during a fight with Captian Marvel/Shazam, the fusion engine, as well as parts of the city, (including a hospital named after his deceased daughter) were sadly destroyed
