Taylor Farms does not list all big-name chains that serve its lettuce, but a partial list includes McDonald’s, Subway, Chipotle, KFC, Long John Silver’s and Pizza Hut, as well as Darden Restaurants, whose brands include Olive Garden. They sell far more than lettuce. Here's a few recent recalls.

If you see the new-ish Sriracha ketchup, buy it. It has become one of my favorite condiments, and it's a great base for marinades and other sauces. It's just spicy enough with a great sweet/acid/salty balance.
